Can I make a payment and/or view my bill online?
Yes, please visit https://payclix.com/LlanoCountyMUD1/. You will need your account number and current balance to register. If you experience issues, contact the office at (830) 598-5460.
Who do I contact for grinder and/or water issues?
Please contact the MUD office at (830) 598-5460 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. After hours and weekends, contact Tim Webb with TNA O&M at (830) 385-4800, or General Manager, Angela Thomas at (830) 225-8528.
When is the garbage pick-up?
Garbage pick-up is Tuesday by 7am. Bulk-pickup is scheduled once in the fall and spring.
How do I transfer service?
Complete an application under the corresponding service tab and contact the office at (830) 598-5460 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I do if I have a complaint?
Fill out the Complaint Form and bring or send it to the MUD/POA Office.
